How your images are handled

Resize Image Hub is designed to process your images directly in your browser whenever possible. When you drop an image into the resizer, the file is read locally on your device, resized using the browser's built-in HTML5 canvas, and downloaded back to you. In normal use, the image itself is not uploaded to our servers.

As a precaution, we recommend that you do not upload images that are sensitive, confidential, or private (for example, identification documents, medical records, or anything you would not want stored on your own device) if you are not sure how your browser or operating system handles temporary files.

What we collect

We aim to collect as little information as possible. The categories we may collect include:

• Basic, anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referring site, and country.
• Information you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email, message, reason).
• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Cookies

The site does not currently set marketing cookies. In the future we may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functionality, to remember preferences, or to measure aggregate usage. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent.

Analytics

We may add a privacy-friendly analytics provider in the future to understand which pages are most useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Advertising

We do not currently display ads. In the future, this site may show advertisements served by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense. When ads are added:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or the aboutads.info consumer choice page.

Third-party services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email, and advertising. Those providers may process limited technical data on our behalf and are required to keep it secure.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
